Jesus shows us through example his love for those who are suffering and calls us in the Beatitudes to take care of our brothers and sisters

 

Let us now pray for our brothers and sisters who suffer from loss of employment and financial instability or are afflicted by physical,spiritual or mental suffering. The Lord asks us to help take care of his people and we are reminded time and time again to love one another. Let us remember Gods call through the Beatitudes-Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for they shall inherit the earth...
